Reddit Ops — Account Warming-Up

Feral Signal is hiring Reddit Ops to warm up and look after a set of Reddit accounts we provide. The job is to take accounts from new/cold to trusted and active — building up karma, history, and standing in the right communities so they're ready for what comes next.

You'll work entirely from playbooks we hand you: what to post and where, how often, when to engage, what to avoid. It's methodical, low-drama work that rewards patience, attention to detail, and doing the same thing well, repeatedly, without cutting corners.

What you'll do

• Warm up and age Reddit accounts we provide — build karma and credible posting/comment history
• Follow detailed step-by-step playbooks precisely: subreddits, timing, cadence, do's and don'ts
• Keep accounts healthy and within the rules — avoid bans, shadowbans, and obvious footprints
• Log activity and progress per account so the team can see where each one stands
• Flag anything unusual — warnings, removals, subreddit changes — back to us quickly
• Suggest improvements to the playbooks as you learn what works

What we're looking for

• Genuinely knows how Reddit works — karma, subreddit culture, what gets removed vs. upvoted
• Follows instructions exactly and stays consistent through repetitive, patient work
• Detail-oriented and organised — comfortable tracking many accounts without mixing them up
• Discreet, reliable, and self-managing across the hours/timezones we agree on
• Bonus: experience warming up, aging, or managing multiple online accounts (Reddit, social, forums, marketplaces)

What we provide

Everything you need to do the job: the Reddit accounts themselves and specific, step-by-step warming-up instructions. You do not need — and won't use — a personal Reddit account for this work.

Content & maturity note

Our accounts sit in restricted, high-friction AI content categories. This role involves regular exposure to explicit / NSFW content as part of normal work.

Applicants must be 18+ and genuinely comfortable working around this material. If that's not for you, this isn't the right role — and that's completely fine. We expect maturity, discretion, and professionalism.

Hours: Flexible, based on agreed coverage
