Be the front line of our community. You'll run the Discord server day to day, answer member and customer questions fast, handle support tickets and DMs, and keep the room healthy, on-topic, and welcoming.

This is part community manager, part customer support — the friendly, reliable human our members talk to when they need help. We care about responsiveness, good judgement, and a calm hand far more than any specific résumé.

Heads up: our communities are built around restricted, high-friction AI content categories. This role involves regular exposure to explicit / NSFW material. You must be 18+ and genuinely comfortable seeing and moderating it.

Warm up and maintain Reddit accounts so they're healthy, credible, and ready to work. You'll build karma and posting history the right way — natural activity, the right subreddits, sensible timing — by following detailed, step-by-step playbooks we give you.

The accounts and the instructions are provided by us — you won't use a personal Reddit account. This is patient, rule-bound, repetitive work where consistency and following the playbook exactly matter more than any résumé.

Own our affiliate program end to end. You'll build it from the ground up — design the commission structure, recruit and onboard affiliates, and grow a partner network that drives real, trackable revenue for our AI products.

This is the person who turns "we should have affiliates" into a working, scaling program. Affiliate-manager experience is a plus, but we care more about hustle, relationship-building, and a track record of getting partners to say yes and keep performing.
