Growth Affiliate Executive

Feral Signal is hiring a Growth Affiliate Executive to build and run the affiliate program for our AI products — from a blank page to a network of partners actively driving revenue. You'll set the strategy, recruit the affiliates, and own the relationships and the numbers.

It's a builder role: equal parts strategy, outreach, and operations. If you like the idea of standing up a program, finding the right partners, and being measured on how much revenue you can grow through them, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Design and launch the affiliate program — commission structure, terms, tracking, and payouts
• Recruit affiliates and partners: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close the right ones
• Onboard and enable partners with assets, links, and clear guidance
• Manage relationships and keep top affiliates active, motivated, and performing
• Track performance end to end and optimise for conversion and revenue
• Work with our tracking stack so attribution survives platform bans and account resets

What we're looking for

• A self-starter who can build a program from scratch without a playbook handed to them
• Strong outreach and relationship skills — you're comfortable pitching and closing partners
• Commercial instinct: you think in terms of margin, payouts, and ROI, not vanity metrics
• Affiliate / partnerships experience preferred — but a sharp, hungry operator without it is welcome
• Experience in restricted / high-friction or NSFW-adjacent verticals is a strong bonus
• Reliable, self-managing, and comfortable owning a number

Our products sit in restricted, high-friction AI content categories. This role involves working with explicit / NSFW products and affiliates as a normal part of the job.

Structure: Freelance or full-time, depending on fit

Hours: Flexible, based on agreed coverage
